Conference Room Hire Terms & Conditions
1.) Book Confirmation
The details outlined in our confirmation letter/email forms the basis of your hire arrangements at the Heron Tennis Centre. Any amendments to these arrangements for the day itself must be notified to us by email no later than 48 hours prioir to commencement of your hire.
2.) Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing (Letter/Email) and may be subject to the following charges:
- 1-2 Working days prior to Hire will incur 50% of the projected business including Room Hire and Catering arrangements
- Cancellation on the day of Hire will incur 100% of the projected business including Room Hire and Catering arrangements
3. Public Liability Insurance – Electrical Equipment PAT Tested
Heron Tennis requires clients to hold a minimum Public Liability Insurance of £1,000,000.00.
Public Liability Insurance protects you financially in the event of claim for injury and/or damages to third parties and/or their property. It is designed to meet the costs of defending claims as well as any resultant damages.
We also require all electrical equipment brought into our building to have been PAT Tested by a qualified electrician.
