Room at Heron Tennis
Whatever
your requirements, our large upstairs function room with over 1,200 square feet
of space might be just what you are looking for. The room can accommodate
approximately 150 people sitting theatre style. The versatile room is available
for private hire for all types of functions,
and to date has been used for Business meetings, Staff Training Days, Wedding
Receptions, Christenings, Trade Fairs, Yoga Classes, Birthdays and numerous other events
and activities.
We
have the following presentation aids available: T.V, Video, DVD,
Flipchart & Pens and we can usually arrange for an OHP and Powerpoint
Projector to be available.
We
are fully licensed and can provide a complete catering service. Buffet
menus start from approximately £6.00
per person.
Discounts
may be negotiable for multiple bookings and/or functions requiring catering. For
large functions the entire centre can be hired increasing guest capacity
to approximately 250.
Don’t forget that a game of tennis (indoors or outdoors and with a coaching option available) can also be incorporated into your day to help clear the head and exercise the body.

Birthday
Parties at Heron
The on-court games are adapted to suit the age and level of the children and, as well as tennis games, we incorporate all sorts of other fun party games.
Sorry, but our
parties are only suitable for children aged 6 years and above.
The Children do not need to have played tennis before.
Suitable footwear needs to be worn for the games i.e. trainers, plimsolls etc.
Hot food Option: Choice of Sausages, Fish Fingers or Burger
all served with chips and salad
Cold Food Option: Sandwiches, Cocktail Sausages, Crisps etc.
Both food options are followed by Ice-cream for dessert.
The cost is £8.00
per child.
