Newquay Insurance Services was established in 1987. During 1998 we moved to our current premises in order to provide ground floor offices and improved facilities for our clients. The move to larger offices also allowed us to improve our computer systems and these include fully integrated quotation systems, document scanning and multi-point broadband internet access. We have increased the number of staff in order to provide improved customer service. Customer service is very important to us and all our staff are fully trained using the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), as well as various insurance company training modules. During 2001 we integrated St Mellion Insurance Services based in Mullion and then in 2004 Cornwall & District Insurance Services based in Newquay. As we already had a large number of clients throughout Cornwall and beyond, both these mergers were a natural progression. Newquay Insurance Services are fully Independent enabling us to search the insurance market to obtain the best cover for our clients. We deal with all the major composite insurers as well as Lloyds brokers, underwriters in the London markets and a large number of scheme brokers. We provide all types of insurance cover from personal lines such as motor, household and travel to commercial lines which incorporates business, property owners, all types of liability and indemnity insurance.
