Jon Askey - Heron Director & Ace Coach

Jon returned home after 17 years away, gaining his coaching experience from Set Point Tennis Academy and The Hurlingham Club

Roles: to be a member of the coaching team involved in the junior, adult and academy programmes, and to be directly involved in the running and management of Heron.

Achievements include:

• Reached Top 100 in the UK

• Competed Internationally in Professional events in the UK, USA and Europe

• Represented Cornwall in Junior and Senior Teams

• Cornwall County Champion at Junior and Senior Levels

• LTA Qualified and Licenced Level 4 coach

• Attended Millfield School

In his free time: aside from tennis, Jon likes to spend time with his two children and wife. Jon also has a passion for rugby and travelling.
