Court Commitments When Booking

With courts now in such demand throughout the day it is important to know the rules and commitments made when it comes to booking the courts.

Members currently do not have to pay at the time of booking, however once booked you have made a commitment to use that court. If you are booking as non-members then you will have to pay for the court at the time of booking. This can be done currently via payment over the phone.

Indoor Court

Indoor courts are in high demand especially on wet days. Players will still be charged for the court if courts are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and providing that court cannot be resold.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel the court then the centre does require 24 hours notice. If you fail to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation you will still be charged unless that court can be booked by another group or player.

Block Bookings

If you have made a block booking but cannot make a specific date then you must inform the Heron Tennis Reception either by phone call or email. If you do not cancel that court then you will be charged. Repeated no shows may result in the block booking being removed.
